· To view any media from the ClubCom site you will need to have the
latest version of Windows Media Player. To download Windows Media Player, visit

· To receive a new playlist and to make changes to your schedule
you must have a 24 hour dedicated connection. Make sure that the connection to
the ClubCom server is active and has not been unplugged.
ClubCom Network

At your facility's central sound system:
· Check to see if your sound system is powered on.
· Make certain that the input setting is set to your Network as
identified on your sound system.
· Check the sound system's volume level. Make sure that it has not
been turned down.
· Check that the ClubCom installed volume stabilizer is powered on.
· If you have Cardio Theater or can get audio on your overhead TVs,
check to see if the audio portion of your network is playing on them. If it is,
the ClubCom server is producing audio.
· Finally, check to see if any of the cables have been
disconnected.
I have sound but no video. Top»
· Make sure the affected televisions are turned and set to the
proper channel. Your default channel should be listed on the video modulator,
which is located next to the ClubCom server.
· Check the video modulator to make sure that it is not unplugged.
The red light on the front should be on.

· Make sure that the ClubCom server has not been turned off or
unplugged. If you are not able to open the DVD drive on the ClubCom server, you
know that the server is not getting power. If necessary, plug in or power back
on the server.
· Make sure that the UPS (battery back-up) has not been turned off
or unplugged. If necessary, plug in or turn on the UPS.
· If the ClubCom server is getting power, try rebooting the server.
Power off the server, wait about 20 seconds, then power the server back on.
I have an image frozen on the screen.

I am experiencing volume fluctuation between songs.

· Connected to the ClubCom server is a volume stabilizer. If the
stabilizer has been adjusted or tuned off, you could experience problems with
volume fluctuation.
· Stabilizer models will vary. Always make sure the stabilizer is
powered on, set to 10:1 and the volume stabilizer is set to active.
