CLUBCOM & IHRSA LAUNCH NETWORK PARTNERSHIP
FOR HEALTH EDUCATION SEGMENTS

National Program scheduled for an October launch

PITTSBURGH, PA (September 8, 2005) - The International Health, Racquet, and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) and ClubCom, a leading provider of private television networks for health clubs, have formed a collective programming arrangement for the production and broadcast of IHRSA health educational segments targeted to inform health club members of the many benefits of working out. Broadcasting of these segments is set to begin October 1, 2005.

The IHRSA-branded programming will consist of functional and up-to-date health information and statistics conveying the proven benefits of exercise, and the health risks of sedentary living.
Topics include current issues of concern regarding health care costs, as well as how exercise can reduce the risk of certain conditions such as colon cancer, diabetes, and stroke. It is the hope that this well-referenced information will motivate club members, as well as educate them on pertinent issues. The segments will also serve as an informative link to IHRSA's new consumer website at www.healthclubs.com.

"It is our hope that the information contained in these educational segments will reinforce health club members' smart decision to incorporate regular exercise into their lives," said John McCarthy, executive director of IHRSA.

Geoff Dyer, President and CEO of Lifestyle Family Fitness, and a former president of IHRSA, stated, "The power of education to raise awareness about the value of exercise is enormous! For the past 12 months Lifestyle Family Fitness has been re-sending IHRSA educational information to our employees via email. Our employees are more passionate about their jobs, truly believe they change lives everyday, and have become experts in their field. I am excited to know that we will have an opportunity to create 'raving fans' with our members. Using ClubCom as the means to deliver education about the value of exercise to our members will be invaluable. It will impact sales and retention in a powerful and positive way."

ClubCom account manager, Kristen Fowler, added, "We're delighted to be partnering with IHRSA to reach the "fitness club public" with the beneficial, educational, and current information that IHRSA presents through ClubCom. We look forward to being the vehicle for IHRSA's messages to the public and to an enduring relationship with this great organization."
